Shoot 7 Edits
This is my final shoot and the final edits of a shoot I will do before the final piece. This shoot involved the frames for my final piece getting burned which is the fire that you see in the images. I only made subtle edits to these images because I dont feel like they need to be manipulated a lot and they work best with just little colour changes. With some photos I only changed the levels so that the image would look like it was took at night rather than in the middle of the day.

With this image I just tired to subtly adjust the background colours so that the forest would look brighter and more colourfull. I did this because I wanted the forest to look like it was near the end of the day when the sun it setting so the sky is reflecting a orange sky onto the groud. I did this by turning the satuaration up to 19. This didnt really effect the ash as it just made it more grey.

With this image I did the oposite that I did with the last image. With this one I changed the leves so that the rest of the forest would look as if it was at night. One reason I did this was because my model was standing on the side of the photo and I couldnt crop her out because Id cut out some of the smoke. So instead I adjusted the leves so you could barely see her in the darkness. I like this edit because it brought more detail to the tree branches in the background.

I only edited this image very subtly because I didnt really want to change it in anyway. What I did do is make the oranges/reds in the image pop out more by adjusting the colour balance. This added a warm filer to the image which wasnt there origianlly because this image looked very cold. I also really like the fact that I got a lens flare in this image because I think they add a lot to making the image warm.

This was another image that I only edited subtly to make it seem more one. One complex thing I did to this image was clone part of the ground and colour over some newspaper because I feel like it ruined the photo. The main part of the editing I did was highten the saturation a lot so the image looked more sunny and warm, which is what im trying to go for in this project.
